In April I took a Clean Eating Challenge and participated in The Earth Day Challenge. I apparently like challenges. I like to have a goal and I like the feeling of completing each little step or the consciousness it takes to stay on track. It helps me focus and keeps me present.
As I was catching up on reading some of my favorite blogs, I came across Teri’s Push Up Challenge. May challenge…check. It will double for June, too, I guess. Here it is. Working my way toward being able to do 100 pushups. Its a 5 week program with 3 workouts a week. I did the initial test just now and was able to make it to 21. Not terrible. Since arm stength is where I would say my biggest weakness lies, I thought this could be pretty cool. I plan to start week1/day 1 tomorrow and then day 2 Thursday and day 3 Saturday or Sunday. I’ll keep ya posted.
