Good Friday Morning! Today is a good day. The sun is shining. The HIIT workout and total body strength training went well despite some sore muscles. I’m refueling with my favorite protein pancakes and Caramella coffee with Almond Breeze. Oh, and in case you need to hear it again….IT’S FRIDAY!
Here’s what we’re gonna do. Name one thing about yourself you LOVE. In Fitness Magazine this month (July/August issue), they had women embrace their one-of-a-kind beauty. Called Pretty Confident, this section had women lovin the gap between their teeth, scars, curves, freckles, unruly hair, and eyes (glasses and all). So go on. There’s enough negative talk out there. Let’s get positive. It’s not conceited to love yourself. It’s healthy. What are you proud to flaunt?
I love my back and shoulders. Yoga has helped create muscles back there I’m happy to show. I worked hard for them and think it’s healthy to be proud.
