“I’m so excited” “I’m so so…” “I’m so scared Zach!” Name that early 90s tv show. Haha!
When we were at dinner at Parkside this weekend, that line came out of nowhere from someone and we all died laughing. I guess that’s our generation. We all recognized it. Of course, there had also been some wine.
Anyway, I am a bit scared. Today, I have a training session with Kelly’s husband Keith. He’s gonna hurt me! Good thing I am a glutton for punishment when it comes to exercise, so I’m more excited about feeling the burn, but there are definitely some nerves 🙂 Due to this and the need to not be worn out prior to getting there, I held off on an AM cardio. Usually when I do a weight workout, I do a HIIT cardio first. However, I’m sure his strength training will blow my little I’m-my-own-personal-trainer weight workouts out of the water. I’ll evaluate for future session (one of which the hubby and I are both a part of on Friday) whether or not I can get cardio in on the same days.

Day 4- What you imagine paradise to be like?
My paradise would be more about who is there than where I am. No matter how wonderful the setting, it would not be paradise without my family and close friends. I would need all those I love around me. As for the setting, it would be warmish but not hot in the summer. 70s and low 80s with some sort of water like a pool, lake or even better a beach. In the winter, it would have pillowy snow on mountains and sunshine for perfect skiing conditions. Yes, my paradise would have seasons and apparently the ability to alter the landscape based on those seasons. Maybe even the luxury of changing seasons on a whim according to what we wanted to that day. I like both winter and summer. Coffee would be readily available and perfectly hot all the time. Carrot cake would be calorie free. I would have my running shoes and gorgeous trails all around and we would have daily yoga sessions. I’ve got lots of ideas 🙂 I’ll leave it there.
What would make paradise for you?
